Using ClipMyStream
Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of the ClipMyStream website and companion apps for editing, storing, and publishing videos.

Using the service
You are responsible for your account, the content you create or upload, and the publishing actions you approve. Use ClipMyStream only for content you have the rights to edit and publish, and follow applicable laws and the rules of the platforms you connect.
Do not use the service to infringe others' rights, bypass platform restrictions, or interfere with the service or other users.
Your content
You keep ownership of your videos and other content. You allow ClipMyStream and the providers needed to operate it to process, store, display, and transmit that content only to provide the features you use, including your requested exports and publishing actions.
Review AI-generated suggestions, captions, and metadata before relying on or publishing them. You remain responsible for the final content.
Connected platforms
You choose whether to connect YouTube or Instagram. Connecting an account grants ClipMyStream the permissions shown by that platform so it can perform the features you request. Platform availability, quotas, policies, and account permissions may affect publishing.
ClipMyStream uses YouTube API Services. By using its YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Your use of Google services is also subject to Google's applicable terms and Privacy Policy.
Plans and availability
Available features, usage limits, and video retention depend on the plan shown on our Pricing page. We may change or discontinue features as the product develops. We aim to keep the service available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that a third-party platform will accept every upload.
Changes and contact
We may revise these terms as ClipMyStream changes. The date above shows the latest revision. If you have questions about these terms, email tushar.kushwaha.dev@gmail.com.
